Entrepreneurship of Israeli people is legendary. In XXI century Israel received the name of „startup nation”. Israeli Sillicon Wadi is the second after Sillicon Valley cluster of the global hi-technology startups. The innovativeness of Sillicon Wadi attracts the biggest technology companies. For example: in April 2017 Intel took over a Mobileye paying 15 bln USD. The group of Israeli startup managers will come to Poznań and share their experience in developing successful startups. The conference will be a good occasion for Polish startups to present their products and services, and to start cooperation with Israeli partners.

Raz Peleg is a retired Israeli Air Force officer, expert in international business development. His first encounter with the Automotive world was within Kamor Motors, Bmw importer for Israel at the time, as a Sales Director. Since seven years Raz holds Managerial positions in Mobileye Vision technologies. Currently he holds the position of Sales Director for East & Central EU. Mobileye is the global leader in the development of computer vision and machine learning, data analysis, localization and mapping for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and autonomous driving.
Omer Elad serves as Business Development Manager of OrCam Technologies Ltd since 2016. In his role Omer is responsible for corporations , business development, governmental relations in Europe for OrCam . In the last few months Omer established joint projects with European governments and organizations from the disabilities field.
Prior to his role in OrCam Omer was international project manager at Israel Prime minister office.
Bartek Janowicz coordinates the process of cooperation between H. Cegielski-Poznań (a big manufacturing company in Poznań) and over 20 startups that want to accelerate the growth of their industry-related products & services. Bartek has expertise in monitoring startups’ incubation processes, scaling Agile and Lean way of thinking in corporations and building corporate startups (startups built by employees inside a corporation). He also combines over 12 years of experience as an HR advisor for top management in big corporations with expertise in Lean Startup experimenting. That helps to validate the business potential of products.
Daniela Kandel, Director of Country Relations, Start-Up Nation Central. Focusing on innovation relations with European countries. Formerly Kandel was Director of Strategic Programs, focusing on the shortage of human capital in the Israeli ecosystem, organizational strategy and academic relations. Prior to joining Start-Up Nation Central, Kandel was a Milken Institute Fellow; stationed at the Accountant General's Office at the Ministry of Finance. She was involved in developing the first social impact bond for the prevention of diabetes, creating a Social 'Yozma' fund for the investment in social enterprises as well as promoting the inclusion of disadvantaged populations in the workforce.
As an IDF Captain (Res), with over 6 years of operational experience, Lital has previously served as the Director of Marketing and Project Manager at Black Cube, a business intelligence company and managed the marketing and business development in a strategic consulting security company.
Erez Bitton served as an F-16 fighting falcon pilot for the Israeli Air-Force. During his service, Erez gained expertise in advanced mapping and modeling techniques. His familiarity with 3D modeling algorithms goes a long way to enable the bulk of Terrascan’s services. Erez is in charge of all image processing in the firm as well as sensory equipment and regulation. Erez has a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Ben-Gurion University coupled with an MBA from the Peres Academic Centre.
Wojtek Fedorowicz is the Managing Partner of TDJ Pitango Ventures which is part of the Pitango Group - a top Israeli VC firm. Since 1993 Pitango has invested in and supported the growth of over 200 companies, many of which have become global leaders and exited with valuations frequently surpassing $200M.
Wojtek holds an MBA from Stanford University and led the GSB High Technology charter at Stanford in 2009-2010. He has a profound knowledge of growing technology startups gained by founding a few of them as well as mentoring young entrepreneurs. Prior to that he held various senior roles in large organizations in consumer goods space.
He focuses on the areas of big data/AI, enterprise software, digital health and IoT.
Alon Melchner is a Mixed reality (augmented reality, virtual reality) and Future Tech Expert who believes that we are at the beginning of a digital reality revolution, possibly the greatest in history, as it will affect every aspect of our lives.
His goal is to keep inventing, creating and teaching the innovative future.

Monika Rozalska serves as the Managing Director of CREATORS, an ideation lab that connects multinational corporations and experienced entrepreneurs to create a bridge between the corporate world and Israel's Startup Nation to build groundbreaking technologies with a worldwide impact. Recently, CREATORS started a GovTech Lab, where it supports different public institutions in Israel and abroad find advanced solutions to their challenges to conduct high-value projects for the parties involved.

Jan Polowczyk - associate professor at Poznań University of Economics and Business, in Department of International Competitiveness. He spent 18 years in corporate sphere holding senior managerial positions in Polish affiliates of international companies. The main field of his interests is strategic management. He is a member of Strategic Management Society.
Ofer Zaks is a lecturer in Jerusalem Hadassah college. He holds a PhD degree from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
Ofer has more than 25 years of experience as a senior manager in various organizations and especially in the Israeli hi-tech industry (Telecom, IT).
Daria Halak is a Ph.D. student in University of Economics and Business in Poznan.Her main research interests are innovation technologies and their impact on economics and human lives. She also focuses on innovation management. Her last published article was about “Humans Vs. Robots: Who is on Top?”.Daria is responsible to managing international business and passing new ideas into reality.
Magdalena Kuś graduated from Hebrew Philology at the University of Adam Mickiewicz. Currently, an MA student in International Economic Relations at Poznań University of Economics and Business. Magda is working on her MA thesis regarding the development and functioning of startups based on the Israeli startup ecosystem.
Besides, she is involved in the activity of Jewish Community of Poznan helping organize variety Polish-Israeli projects and supports the community in its everyday activity. Also, Magda is the Polish Team member for ``Higher Studies`` programs - Ph.D. studies for Israeli students in Poland.
